| TERMS OF SERVICE |

| • Please be clear and concise in writing your request. Otherwise, let me know if you want me to come up with my own interpretation (e.g. pose, lighting, facial expression). |
| • If you have a deadline, let me know! Otherwise, I will work at my own pace. |
| • I may decline, cancel, or refund commissions that I find difficult or uncomfortable to illustrate. |
| • Do not use my art for AI or NFTs. Doing so will lead to permanent blacklisting. |
| CAN: | Kemonomimi, OCs, light mecha, light furry, and NSFW/Gore |
| CAN'T: | Heavy armor, overly muscly, Mecha, and Whatever I am not comfortable with. |
| PAYMENT |

| • 100% upfront payment (or atleast 50% payment before making a colored sketch and another 50% before turnover) must be done promptly. |
| REVISIONS |

| • Only two revisions will be free of charge. This can be done as soon as I send progress updates. |
| DEADLINE & DELIVERY |

| • First come, first serve basis will be followed. |
| • Turnover will mostly take 6 to 40 days after the commission has been actively in progress. However, this may vary according to demand and/or external responsibilities. |
| • Upon finishing the commission, turnover via Vgen or Email will be fulfilled within the next 24 hours. |

| PERSONAL USE: You, as the client, can use the artwork for: | • Updating your profile picture, banner, or social media layout in both personal profiles and group chats (credit Vgen: @j__chiiii if practicable) |
| . | • Editing and printing of the artworks for personal use; |
| . | • Create a public archive for your character reference/s. |
| COMMERCIAL USE: You, as a client, are obligated to inform me of the intended use of my artwork. | • Usage of the commissioned art for physical or digital merchandise production and other promotional or advertising materials which aim to make profit from my work will be subject to upfront commercial fees. |
| . | • As the artist of the commission, I reserve rights on publishing and using the commissioned works online, unless requested otherwise by the client (this is a private commission). This will incur additional 80% fee. |

| • Cancellation and 100% refunds are non negotiable once I have finished the lineart. |

| • Inquiries and update requests will be entertained through Vgen (default) or Twitter/Instagram. |
| • Please check promptly for my updates once I have started working on your commission. This will help me deliver the commission to you faster. |
